Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Automation Specialist for our Warsaw office to drive end-to-end process improvements using RPA (Blue Prism) and other automation tools. You will collaborate with business teams to design, test and deploy automation solutions.

Ideal candidates will have RPA experience, process mapping and reengineering skills, strong communication, and proficiency in VBA, Python, Alteryx, and Access, plus REST API knowledge. Based in Warsaw with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with RPA (Blue Prism).
• Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement.
• Ability to analyze and improve existing processes to remove bottlenecks.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders to align automation with business objectives.
• Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements using VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx and/or Microsoft Access.
• Drive solution testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing.
