Job summary

Luxoft Poland is partnering with the Client Digital Assets Crew to build automated QA solutions for blockchain-enabled financial applications in Switzerland and Poland. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Playwright-based UI and API tests within Agile teams and CI/CD.

You will implement robust test frameworks for web applications and event-driven distributed systems, ensuring high quality and reliable test coverage across platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright in TypeScript, Python or Java for UI and API tests.
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks for web applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA practices.
• Experience in Agile teams and CI/CD integration.
• Excellent English communication.

Job description

The Client Digital Assets Crew, located in Switzerland and Poland, consists of two Scrum teams with diverse skill sets. We focus on developing innovative projects based on blockchain technologies, including the tokenization of financial assets. These cloud-hosted projects utilize the latest advanced technologies available. Our team is committed to delivering applications that provide substantial value and innovation to the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and test suites using Playwright (TypeScript, Python, or Java), ensuring optimal test coverage and reliability.

Build and enhance automated testing frameworks for web applications and event-driven distributed systems, applying QA best practices throughout the test lifecycle.

Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure high software quality through effective communication and continuous testing

Mandatory Skills Description:

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright with TypeScript, Python or Java. End-to-end test automation of UI and API defining test cases for optimal coverage
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for web applications and
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality engineering practices, and test
• Experience working within Agile development teams and integrating automated tests into CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of colleagues in English.
