ZW Automation seeks an Automation Engineer to contribute to a variety of projects, from preparation to commissioning, gaining hands-on experience with modern automation technologies.

You will work on configuring and commissioning PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS systems, participate in documentation, and support sales with technical insights. Travel to customer sites is possible.

Formación

• Higher technical education in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with on-site commissioning.
• Ability to program PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and/or DCS systems (at least one manufacturer).
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, reliability, and responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Category B driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Configuration, programming, and commissioning of PLC controllers, HMI operator panels, and SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, OMRON, Allen Bradley).
• Configuration, programming, and commissioning of DCS systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, ABB).
• Development of functional documentation and operating manuals for machines and control systems.
• Configuration, programming, and commissioning of servo drives and frequency converters.
• Selection of technical solutions.
• Technical support for the sales department.
• Participation in modernization, commissioning, and servicing of machines and process automation systems.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in asimilar position, including experience in commissioning automation systems on-site,
• ability to program PLC controllers, HMI panels, SCADA systems, and/or DCS systems (at least one manufacturer),
• analytical thinking skills, teamwork ability, reliability, and responsibility,
• basic knowledge of English,
• category B driver’s license.

• SEP qualification certificate up to 1kV,
• knowledge of the German language.
