Job summary

ZW Automation is seeking an electrical installer who can read technical documentation, handle power tools, and manage complex installations. You will work from prefabrication of control cabinets to on-site wiring and commissioning at customer sites in Poland and abroad, contributing to high quality outcomes that directly impact system performance.

The role offers flexible cooperation forms (employment contract, mandate, B2B), training in Siemens and Mitsubishi courses, plus benefits and travel

Qualifications

• Must read technical documentation including schematics and manuals.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role/B2B projects.
• Readiness for full-time, B2B, or subcontracting work.
• Category B driving license held or ready to obtain.
• Manual skills and operation of power tools and electrical measuring instruments.
• Attention to quality of work and willingness to travel (Belgium).

Responsibilities

• Prefabrication of control cabinets and electrical switchboards.
• On-site installation at customer locations in Poland and abroad.
• Independence in carrying out installation tasks.
• Wiring and electrical connections in control cabinets and switchboards.
• Cable tray installation and routing.
• Participation in testing and commissioning.
• Assembly, commissioning and servicing of equipment and electrical systems.

Wework on awide range of projects – from control cabinet and switchboard prefabrication to installation, testing and commissioning at customer sites. Some projects are carried out in Poland and others abroad, so there are plenty of opportunities to work on larger and more demanding installations.

Responsibilities

• prefabrication of control cabinets and electrical switchboards,
• on-site installation at customer locations in Poland and abroad,
• independence in carrying out on-site installation work,
• wiring/making electrical connections in control cabinets and electrical switchboards,
• cable tray installation and cable routing,
• participation in testing and commissioning,
• assembly, commissioning, and servicing of equipment, electrical systems, and automation,
• responsibility for the timely execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• at least vocational technical education in arelevant field or documented work experience in asimilar scope of duties (for companies: team experience),
• minimum 1 year of experience in asimilar position / similar B2B projects,
• ability to read technical documentation (schematics, operation and maintenance manuals),
• ability to independently carry out assigned tasks,
• manual skills / operation of power tools and electrical measuring instruments,
• attention to quality of work,
• flexibility and readiness for business trips (foreign assignments: Belgium),
• readiness to work on afull-time basis, B2B, or as asubcontractor (assembly company),
• category B driver’s license.
