Job summary

Monks in Kraków is seeking a Project Manager to drive platform-based projects and high-volume digital asset deployments. You will bridge technical execution and rapid asset delivery, templatising assets for automated production and ensuring flawless outputs at scale.

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience managing asset production with a strong technical mindset.
You instinctively spot production efficiencies to improve templatisation and automated workflows.
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Self-motivated team player with ownership over work.

Responsibilities

Lead asset production projects across social, digital, and e-commerce platforms.
Drive templatisation to convert manual workflows into automated production.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and external partners.
Collaborate with internal teams and Data Insights to align complex workflows.
Stay updated on new digital tools and industry best practices.
