Job summary

State Street Polska is seeking a Project Manager - Alternative Investments Data Solutions to lead automation initiatives and manage a development pipeline. You will design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure adherence to development standards.

The role requires strong IT/automation background, experience with Python and VBA, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in banking/finance, technology/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with proven process automation using Python.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related role.
• Familiarity with object oriented programming and Agile development advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions and applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across functions.
• Lead project analysis of requirements and manage full software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
