Job summary

Synechron in Kraków is seeking an Atlassian Administrator (Technical SME) to optimize Jira, Confluence, and JSM for scalable teamwork and faster delivery.

You will configure workflows, automate processes, support Advanced Roadmaps, build dashboards, and train users while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting cloud adoption in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and JSM.
• Experience with automation, JSM portals, SLAs and knowledge bases.
• Working knowledge of Advanced Roadmaps/Plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Atlassian Cloud or hybrid environment experience is desirable.

• Define Atlassian governance, standards, and best practices.
