Working as a Jira Administrator you will:
Manage and maintain Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence platforms daily.
Design and set up tailored workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, and permission structures.
Translate business needs into practical system configurations and automations.
Integrate Atlassian tools using REST APIs and oversee key marketplace applications like ScriptRunner and Tempo Timesheets.
Troubleshoot system issues and deliver ongoing, independent technical support for corporate end-users.

Understanding of Atlassian Analytics and advanced reporting setups.
Knowledge of SSO configuration and identity management platforms like Okta.
Experience in enterprise environments managing instances for over 1,000 users across global or regional units.
Grasp of change and release management frameworks.
Background in SLA-driven support for business-critical applications.
Awareness of GDPR, access governance, and information security standards.
