Job summary

Amex GBT in Poland is seeking a Travel Advisor to advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, including groups, across air, rail, and hotels. You will use GDS systems like Amadeus and ensure compliance with travel policies.

The role requires German and English, call center experience, strong customer service, and attention to detail. Training is provided; role is fully remote in Poland with a two-month onboarding period in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center.
• Professional communication (written and verbal) in both German and English.
• Computer and application skills, including Microsoft applications and internet browsing.
• Understanding of math applications, including percentages and taxes.
• Passion for excellence in client service and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience working in a call center

Our Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation. In this role, the working hours are from Monday to Friday within two shifts: 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, following the German holiday calendar.

We provide a 2-months training. The first and the last week takes place in our office in Warsaw (accommodation and transport fee will be covered by the company).

The role is fully remote in Poland - must reside in Poland.
