Civitta poszukuje Menedżera ds. EU Public Advisory w Polsce. Osoba na tym stanowisku prowadzi projekty dla instytucji publicznych, kieruje zespołem i rozwija relacje z klientami międzynarodowymi, zapewniając wysoką jakość analiz i rekomendacji.

Wymagane jest 5+ lat doświadczenia w sektorze publicznym, biegła znajomość MS Excel, PowerPoint i Word oraz doskonała znajomość języków angielskiego i polskiego. Wynagrodzenie 15 000–18 500 PLN brutto miesięcznie, praca hybrydowa w Warszawie.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu Biznesu/Ekonomii/Polityki/Finans publicznych.
• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w sektorze publicznym lub przy projektach publicznych.
• Zaawansowane umiejętności MS Excel, PowerPoint i Word.
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego.
• Silne zdolności analityczne i przywódcze.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie codziennego wykonywania projektów w zespole 2–3 osób.
• Wspieranie rozwoju firmy lokalnie i międzynarodowo.
• Przeprowadzanie desk research, wywiadów, analizy danych i trendów.
• Tworzenie wpływu poprzez analizy i rekomendacje w zakresie rozwoju organizacyjnego, finansowego i inwestycyjnego.
• Prowadzenie sesji problem solving i proponowanie rozwiązań.
• Udział w przetargach lokalnych i międzynarodowych z wysokiej jakości propozycjami.
• Syntetyzowanie wniosków i przygotowywanie raportów.

You will:

• Lead day-to-day project execution by leading teams of 2-3 people, proactively managing resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis, effectively leading teams in brainstorming sessions, and guiding analysis;
• Contribute to company development both locally and internationally;
• Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends;
• Create impact through analysis and recommendations on organizational development and governance, financial planning and shaping support and development measures, feasibility studies for investment projects and transformations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis and normative document analysis;
• Lead problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
• Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector;
• Synthesize findings by leading preparation of the reports.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject;
• You have 5+ years of working experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients;
• You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills;

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 PLN gross to 18,500 PLN gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
