Accenture Poland is seeking a Public Services consultant to help central and local government institutions across Poland transform operations through digital innovation, data, and advanced technologies. You will work on project delivery, business development, and domain development within a flexible, mostly remote environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in consulting or public service experience, with strong German (B2) proficiency, research and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years’ consulting experience or experience in a public service institution.
• German language at least B2 level and professional proficiency.
• Ability to conduct primary and secondary research to uncover facts, generate actionable insights, synthesize, and present findings.
• Good analytical skills to provide clarity on complex issues and gather data-driven insights; command of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cross-cultural competence, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for public sector clients, including strategy, business analysis, process design, and change management.
• Support sales efforts to identify and win opportunities.
• Provide industry expertise for Public Service sub-segments.
• Develop assets and methodologies, point-of-view content, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by a larger community.
