Job summary

Factor is seeking an Associate in Wroclaw to work on legal/regulatory projects for global clients in Financial Regulations, Corporate Restructuring and Commercial Mandates.

We offer a hybrid work model, a modern office in the heart of Wroclaw, and exposure to over 400 lawyers and contract experts. You will analyze contracts, prepare templates, and train analysts to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Hold a Law Degree.
• Legally eligible to work in Poland.
• 2 years experience working within document review or commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to commercial legal environment or other professional services organizations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Direct experience managing clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract analysis and check quality of other analysts’ work.
• Capture clauses under predefined fields.
• Prepare contract templates (calibration).
• Work with all types of contracts (e.g., commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW).
• Train and oversee the work of Contract Analysts performing contract review.
• Implement and maintain quality control and assist in hand-offs for the client.
• Assist with training materials, provide feedback, and serve as escalation point.
