Job summary

AFRY is seeking an Assistant Structural Designer for BIM projects. The role involves creating and maintaining BIM models in Revit, coordinating disciplines, and ensuring data quality across design stages. Office locations include Poznań, Kraków, or Łódź with hybrid work options; team collaboration across Nordic projects and design centers.

Qualified candidates bring 2–5 years of BIM experience, Revit proficiency, and English at CEFR B1 or above, plus familiarity with point clouds and MS Office.

Qualifications

• A degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in 3D modelling or BIM.
• English written and spoken at CEFR level B1 or higher.
• Hands-on experience from at least three large Revit design projects.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• A proactive approach with good decision-making and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain BIM models using Revit.
• Manage families, templates, and project standards.
• Ensure models are well-structured and coordinated.
• Convert point cloud data into BIM-ready models.
• Support digital engineering workflows by integrating scanned data.
• Ensure data quality and alignment between existing conditions and design models.
• Work with point cloud management software like ReCap and Navisworks.
