Job summary

AFRY is hiring for multiple Structural Designer roles in Poland (Poznań, Łódź, Kraków) within our Public and Commercial Places division. Join the Structural Engineering team and contribute to building and infrastructure projects by developing BIM models, drawings and documentation in collaboration with engineers across locations.

Offices in Poznań, Kraków or Łódź with hybrid work; English CV preferred. The role offers exposure to large-scale projects and a strong professional network.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in draft/structural design or equivalent.
• 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering or similar.
• Strong Tekla knowledge and 3D concrete/steel/wood modelling experience.
• Experience with BIM projects and model-based design.
• Good English spoken/written.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D BIM models for structural systems in building construction.
• Prepare detailed drawings for design and construction phases.
• Develop models and drawings using Tekla and Allplan.
• Prepare material and order lists and collaborate with project teams.
• Communicate within the project team to ensure quality delivery.
