AFRY is seeking a BIM Specialist to join the Malmö-based design center, supporting Revit modeling, point cloud integration, and BIM coordination across projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, improving workflows and standards while collaborating with Nordic and Central Europe offices.

• Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• 10 characters

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain BIM models using Revit
• Manage families, templates, and project standards
• Ensure models are well-structured and aligned with project requirements
• Convert point cloud data into BIM-ready models
• Integrate scanned data into design and coordination processes
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities
• Document BIM standards and classification systems
• Improve workflows and digital tools within the BIM environment
