Citi is hiring an Asset Servicing Analyst 2 in Poland to support Corporate Action and Proxy event processing. You will reconcile positions, review events, and liaise with related units to ensure accurate postings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and Asset-Backed securities.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Review Corporate Action/Proxy events and ensure understanding and processing requirements.
• Liaise with units affecting clients on Corporate Action Proxy items.
• Reconcile instructions versus eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards.
• Update all processes and procedures timely and accurately.
• Identify gaps/system enhancements.
• Participate in testing and implementations.
• Escalate issues to management and participate in cross-training.
