Job summary

Citi Private Bank Poland is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support corporate actions, settlements and income payments for global clients. You will monitor events, process instructions, and ensure accurate settlement across markets.

The role requires at least 4 years of experience, a finance-related degree, strong MS Office skills, and English fluency. Hybrid work with a competitive salary and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in corporate actions, settlements or income payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of securities and capital markets.
• Fluency in English (writing and speaking).
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with AI engines (Gemini, CoPilot, Claude).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify and record investments and corporate actions.
• Capture market information and create events in booking platforms through to final settlement.
• Prepare and dispatch notices for corporate actions.
• Collect client instructions and pass to custodians.
• Distribute proceeds to Citi’s clients and maintain records.
• Support daily investment operations and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate and perform UAT for new technologies and improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
