Citi Poland is seeking a Securities & Derivatives Analyst to process orders and transactions from trading desks and branches, supporting clearance, settlement and investigations with the Operations - Transaction Services team.

You will process FX transactions, analyze reports, monitor risks, and escalate issues while aligning with audit policies and regulatory requirements. The role offers a hybrid model and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in banking/financial operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities in a high‑risk environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of macros.

Responsabilités

• Process FX transactions and provide analytic input for traders.
• Identify and resolve FX and derivative settlement issues and suggest improvements.
• Analyze moderately complex reports to support management and controls.
• Monitor errors to minimize risk and ensure procedural compliance.
• Escalate processing issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Design and analyze moderately complex reports with leadership guidance.
• Support control activities and launches of new products and services.
• Ensure processes adhere to audit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation and assets.
