Citigroup Inc. in Warsaw is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst 2 to support monitoring, analysis and reconciliation of corporate action processing. You will engage with multiple units, interpret data and help ensure compliant, accurate postings in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income and asset-backed securities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Review Corporate Action/Proxy events and determine processing requirements.
• Liaise with units relating to clients on Corporate Action Proxy items.
• Proactively reconcile instructions versus eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research discrepancies and resolve them against department standards.
• Review and update processes and procedures in a timely manner.
• Identify gaps and suggest system enhancements.
• Participate in testing and successful implementations.
• Escalate issues to management and contribute to cross-training.
