Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. recruits an Asphalt Mixing Plant Manager for the S17 expressway project in Lublin Voivodeship, with work locations in Warsaw or Lublin from Oct 2026.

You will supervise production, coordinate material deliveries, maintain plant equipment, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and collaborate with construction teams on site. The role requires at least 3 years in a similar position, a driving license B, and Ammann plant experience is a plus; MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Experience (min. 3 years) as an Asphalt Mixing Plant Manager
• Experience on large infrastructure contracts is a plus
• MS Office knowledge and driving license B required

Responsibilities

• Supervising ongoing production of mineral-bituminous mixtures
• Preparing schedules for input material deliveries
• Coordinating deliveries of materials for production
• Cooperating with Construction Manager and Technologist
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance of the plant

Job description

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is recruiting an Asphalt Mixing Plant Manager for the S17 expressway construction project on the Izbica - Zamość section in Lublin Voivodeship.

Work location: Warsaw or Lublin from October 2026, from October 2026 Stary Zamość, Lublin Voivodeship

Responsibilities

• Supervising ongoing production of mineral-bituminous mixtures
• Preparing schedules for the delivery of input materials for the production of mineral-bituminous mixtures
• Coordinating and settling deliveries of materials for production
• Cooperating with the Construction Manager, the Bituminous Works Manager and the Technologist
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance of the asphalt mixing plant
• Enforcing compliance with OHS regulations and recommendations on the plant premises in accordance with environmental protection and required permits, participating in environmental protection inspections
• Managing generated waste
• Cooperating with the in-house and control laboratories
• Participating in the acceptance procedure of the asphalt mixing plant on the contract, as well as in its installation and dismantling

Requirements

• Experience (min. 3 years) as an Asphalt Mixing Plant Manager welcome
• Experience in the above position on large infrastructure contracts will be an additional asset
• Experience working with an Ammann asphalt mixing plant welcome
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• Driving license category B
