Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław has existed since 2014 and brings together over 400 finance professionals supporting multiple European markets. We continue to grow and expand our scope of operations.
This is how your responsibilities would look like:
- Leading day‑to‑day supplier enablement and onboarding activities on the Ariba Network.
- Coordinating supplier data collection and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supporting suppliers throughout the onboarding journey, including registration, configuration, testing and go‑live readiness.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, onboarding support and issue resolution.
- Coordinating supplier integrations, including catalog enablement, with SAP and key business stakeholders.
- Managing enablement activities in line with project timelines, milestones and program objectives.
- Collaborating closely with Procurement Transformation, Global Indirect Procurement, SAP, GBS and local teams to drive successful execution.
- Monitoring onboarding progress, adoption KPIs, risks and remediation actions.
- Maintaining project documentation, reporting and enablement trackers.
- Escalating risks, delays and key issues to the Project Manager and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinating supplier communication campaigns, training sessions, onboarding materials and webinars.
- Supporting the transition to Business‑as‑Usual (BAU), including process handovers and issue management.
We also need to have some requirements, so here they are:
- Strong experience in supplier onboarding, supplier communication and enablement activities, ideally within the Ariba Network environment.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier lifecycle management.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Procurement, SAP, GBS and business functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers, priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with SAP Ariba modules (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts and/or P2P) or similar procurement platforms is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working independently in a project‑driven and matrix organization.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking/reporting tools.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
