GFT Technologies SE seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise platforms. Lead engineering practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data, security, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure solutions aligned with business outcomes.

The role shapes architecture standards, translates requirements into robust designs, and guides delivery teams through the lifecycle in a hybrid setup with Kraków as a key hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Ability to design end-to-end technology solutions for complex systems.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven design.
• Experience turning designs into delivered solutions with engineering teams.
• Ability to balance business outcomes, constraints and risk.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Willingness to work hybrid at Kraków office (8 days/month).

Job description

Type of contract: Employment contract

Salary range: 18 850 – 28 900 PLN gross/month

What will you do?

You will drive end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise platforms, combining hands-on technical design with leadership of engineering practices. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across product, data, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes, while also shaping architecture standards and mentoring other engineers and architects.

Your tasks

• Experience working closely with engineering teams to turn designs into delivered solutions
• Ability to balance business outcomes, technical constraints, and risk considerations
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 8 days per month
