Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland seeks a Solution Architect to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions and drive end-to-end solution delivery in alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud best practices.

You will advise stakeholders, design modern architectures using microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also), and lead pre-sales support while ensuring production readiness, performance, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English are mandatory
• Hands-on software engineering background; capable to guide application design
• Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures
• Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Strong CI/CD and Agile methodologies knowledge
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka and containerization
• Understanding of NFRs such as HA, DR, logging and monitoring
• Broad IT knowledge including networking, security, and data management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders

What will you do?

You will work as a Solution Architect responsible for translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions, advising stakeholders and driving technical strategy while owning end‑to‑end solution delivery and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and best practices.
