Job summary

GFT Technologies SE seeks an experienced Solution Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise platforms. You will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, data, security, and operations to ensure scalable and secure solutions.

You will shape architecture standards, oversee governance, and guide delivery teams through the lifecycle in a hybrid work setting, with 8 days per month at Kraków client office.

• Strong experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end technology solutions for complex systems.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture concepts such as distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven design.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to turn designs into delivered solutions.
• Ability to balance business outcomes, technical constraints, and risk considerations.

Salary range: 170-210 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will drive end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise platforms, combining hands-on technical design with leadership of engineering practices. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across product, data, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes, while also shaping architecture standards and mentoring other engineers and architects.

Your tasks
