GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Solution Architect to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions, guiding technical strategy and owning end-to-end delivery while aligning with enterprise architecture and cloud best practices. You will work with stakeholders to design architectures, support pre-sales, and ensure production readiness, including performance, resilience, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Polish and English language proficiency at a fluent level is mandatory for this role.
• Senior software engineer or technical lead background capable of guiding application design and development.
• Experience designing and building software solutions using modern architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and containerization.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements (HA, DR, logging, monitoring).
• Broad IT knowledge including networking, security, and data management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

UoP: 18 850 - 28 500 PLN gross per month

What will you do?

You will work as a Solution Architect responsible for translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions, advising stakeholders and driving technical strategy while owning end‑to‑end solution delivery and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and best practices.

• Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferable), AWS, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and containerization
• Understanding of NFRs including HA, DR, logging, and monitoring
• Broad IT knowledge including networking, security, and data management
