Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architect to produce BIM models and drawings for international projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines in line with design briefs.

Candidates should hold a university degree in Architecture with at least five years of post-undergraduate experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience.
• Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior Design Practice.
• Software: proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe;
• Experience in all project phases, from pre-design through project close-out.
• Experience with international clients or with international companies.
• Portfolio would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• BIM model and drawing production to design brief compliance, completeness & accuracy.
• Design coordination within Interior Design & Cross Discipline.
• Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements, codes, and design criteria.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
• Designs creative and innovative interior environments in collaboration with other disciplines.
• May assist in training and evaluation of architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Job Description
