AECOM Poland is seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead interior design and coordination on international projects. You will produce BIM models and drawings, ensure design accuracy, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

Applicants should have a university degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of experience, an unlimited building licence, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
• University degree in Architecture and unlimited building licence.
• Minimum 5 years post-undergraduate experience in architecture/interior design.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe.
• Experience across all project phases and with international clients.
• Portfolio would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• BIM Model and Drawing production (design brief compliance, completeness and accuracy).
• Design coordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline).
• Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Basic knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, materials and suppliers.
• Designs creative interior environments in collaboration with other disciplines.
• May assist in training and evaluating assigned personnel.

Job Description

• BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy)
• Design co-ordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline)
• Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by project leadership
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required
• Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
• Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our clients’ needs in collaboration with other disciplines
• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience
• Unlimited building licence
• Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior Design Practice
• Software: proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe;
• Experience in all project phases, from pre-design through project close-out
• Experience with international clients or with international companies
• Portfolio would be beneficial
