Job summary

AECOM in Warszawa is seeking an Architect with strong BIM skills to deliver interior design drawings and coordinate across disciplines. You will produce BIM models and construction drawings in line with design briefs, ensuring completeness and accuracy for international projects.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in architecture, have at least five years of post-undergraduate experience, and are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe.

Job Description

• BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy)
• Design co-ordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline)
• Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by project leadership
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required
• Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
• Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our clients’ needs in collaboration withother disciplines
• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• University degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience
• Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior Design Practice
• Software: proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe;
• Experience in all project phases, from pre-design through project close-out
• Experience with international clients or with international companies
• Portfolio would be beneficial
