Kome Polska poszukuje doświadczonego architekta BIM do koordynacji projektów kubaturowych w Warszawie. Zakres obejmuje prowadzenie projektów od koncepcji po dokumentację wykonawczą oraz nadzór nad jakością modeli BIM.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie projektów architektonicznych dla obiektów kubaturowych, w tym hal przemysłowych i magazynowych.
• Koordynacja procesu projektowego od koncepcji po dokumentację wykonawczą.
• Nadzór nad jakością, kompletnością i spójnością modeli BIM i dokumentacji projektowej.
• Weryfikacja rozwiązań pod kątem wykonawczym, kosztowym i harmonogramowym.
• Współpraca z inwestorem, konstruktorami i projektantami branżowymi.

Region: Masovian Voivodeship: Warsaw

Your scope of responsibilities

• conducting architectural designs for buildings, in particular industrial, warehouse, logistics and production halls
• coordination of the design process from concept, through construction and technical design, to implementation documentation
• coordination of the work of the architectural team and cooperation with constructors and designers from the sanitary and electrical industry
• organizing the work of the team of architects in Autodesk Revit and developing work standards in the BIM environment
• supervision over the quality, completeness and consistency of models and design documentation
• identifying and resolving conflicts and cross-industry problems
• verification of design solutions in terms of execution, cost and schedule possibilities
• ongoing cooperation with the implementation team and design support during the construction phase
• cooperation with the investor, appraisers, consultants and other participants in the investment process
• supervision over the compliance of documentation with regulations, technical conditions, investor requirements and company standards
• participation in the development and implementation of BIM standards, templates, libraries and modeling principles in Revit

Our requirements

• higher education in architecture
• unlimited construction license to design in the architectural specialty
• experience in independently managing and coordinating construction projects
• experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics or production hall projects
• very good, practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• experience in managing projects in the BIM standard
• ability to coordinate models and multi-discipline documentation
• experience in organizing the work of a design team and coordinating the work of other designers
• good knowledge of the investment process and current technical and construction regulations
• ability to read and verify industry documentation
• independence in making design decisions and solving technical problems
• good work organization, responsibility and communication skills
