Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architect/Interior Designer to deliver BIM models and drawings for international projects. You will coordinate design across disciplines, prepare and review construction documents, and ensure compliance with codes and project criteria.

You will work from pre-design through close-out, applying knowledge of design trends, materials, and construction methods while collaborating with multiple teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience.
• Experience with international clients or with international companies.
• Portfolio would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy).
• Design co-ordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline).
• Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by project leadership.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
• Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our clients’ needs in collaboration with other disciplines.
• May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• University degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience
• Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior Design Practice
• Software: proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe;
• Experience in all project phases, from pre-design through project close-out
• Experience with international clients or with international companies
• Portfolio would be beneficial
