Job summary

Miele is seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable expert to own global AR within the Order-to-Cash value chain. You will drive harmonization and standardization across international units, acting as a central SME and ensuring alignment with global standards.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, coordinate SAP enhancements from design to release, and collaborate with IT and Finance counterparts to optimize SAP-based solutions, including Fiori, payment matching and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash in international organizations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI: receivables, payments, dunning, bank statement processing.
• Experience in SAP implementations, international rollouts or finance transformation projects.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional specs and manage system enhancements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication.
• English fluency; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global AR within the O2C value chain and drive harmonization across international units.
• Act as a central AR SME and resolve complex process and system issues.
• Coordinate SAP enhancements from design through testing and release management.
• Collaborate with IT and other process owners to optimize SAP-based solutions, including Fiori and automation.
• Lead end-to-end process testing (SIT/UAT) and support international project delivery.
