Job summary

Infosys is seeking an AR Process Coordinator with German for Lodz. The role offers hybrid or remote work options and focuses on ownership of BPO processes, cash application support, and cross-team coordination.

The candidate should have English and German at B2 level, a solid understanding of OTC processes, about 2 years in F&A/OTC, and knowledge of accounting rules, plus month/year-end activities.

Qualifications

• English and German at B2 level required for client communication.
• Strong understanding of OTC processes including cash application and GL clearing.
• About 2 years of experience in F&A/OTC.
• Good understanding of accounting rules and month-/year-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Own BPO-owned processes and be the main contact for the local business unit.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration and ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor and support cash application and investigate/clear OTC GLs.
• Provide/search missing information; manage credit (refunds, rebates, credits).
• Analyze orders, clarify differences, and clear discrepancies.

Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of: AR Process Coordinator with German

Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of BPO owned processes
• Main point of contact for local business unit
• Coordination and ensuring smooth cross team collaboration
• Monitoring and supporting cash application
• Monitoring investigating and clearing OTC GLs
• Providing/searching missing information
• Credit management (processing refunds, rebates, other credits)
• Orders analysis, differences clarification and clearing

Requirements:

• English and German B2– essential for client communication purposes
• Good understanding of the OTC processes (cash application, customer account analysis, GL clearing, order management)
• About 2 years of experience in F&A/OTC area
• Good understanding of accounting rules
• Experience in performing month/year end activities
