Job summary

Wilhelmsen group in Szczecin invites students in finance-related fields to join its Accounts Receivable team as a paid intern. You will gain hands-on experience and work in an international company, contributing to daily finance tasks in a dynamic environment.

The role offers flexible hours between 07:00 and 16:00, practical exposure to cash allocation, bank statement handling, and cash reconciliation, plus access to the MultiLife platform with cinema tickets and e-books.

Qualifications

• Finance, economics, or related field student.
• Available to work approx. 80 hours per month.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• Communicative, responsible, and eager to develop in the finance field.

Responsibilities

• Allocating incoming payments to invoices.
• Ensuring appropriate storage of bank statements.
• Support investigation of unidentified or unapplied cash and tracking open items.
• Process customer offsets and support daily AR tasks.

As an intern, you will support your team in:

• Allocating the incoming payments to customers’ invoices
• Ensuring appropriate storage of all bank statements
• Support investigation of unidentified or unapplied cash and help track open cash allocation items
• Process customer offsets
• Providing support to the AR team in daily tasks

What are we looking for?

• You are a student of finance, economics, or a related field
• You are available to work approx. 80 hours per month
• You are proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• You are communicative, responsible, and eager to develop in the finance field
