Himalaya Wellness Europe is looking for a Finance & Accounting Intern for a 3-4 month project in Poland. You will support day-to-day accounting tasks within the E-commerce area, working closely with the Finance team. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, possess basic accounting knowledge, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The role offers a hybrid work model and mentorship throughout the internship.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team for a 3-4 month project-based engagement with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with and under the direct supervision of our Finance team, with a primary focus on accounting operations within our E-commerce area. This role is a great fit for a student who enjoys structured, hands‑on work and wants to build practical finance skills in a professional environment.

What You Will Do

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks within the E-commerce area as the primary scope of the role
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in handling high-volume, routine accounting and financial operations tasks
• Assist with data entry, verification, and maintenance of financial records
• Help process and reconcile invoices and expense reports
• Prepare and update Excel-based tracking sheets, reports, and financial templates
• Contribute to month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entry support
• Assist in gathering and organizing documentation for reporting and audit purposes
• Complete other assigned tasks and ad‑hoc requests from the Finance & Accounting team

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume workloads efficiently
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required
