Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Kraków is offering an Internship to support the Project Management development team within a multinational engineering environment. You will combine operational coordination, qualification tracking, and contributions to training content and internal tools.

You will work with international partners and drive standardization and continuous improvement of PM capabilities. This role is remote with a hybrid model and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Student in 3rd year of a BS program or pursuing a Master’s in a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to commit to 20–30 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting abilities (Power BI a plus).
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI/PRINCE2), LMS, basic web/CMS, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management development team in a multinational engineering environment.
• Assist with operational coordination, qualification tracking, and tools.
• Contribute to training content and internal tools development.
• Collaborate with international partners to standardize and improve PM capabilities.

As an Intern you will support the Project Management development team within a multinational engineering environment. You will combine operational coordination, qualification tracking, and contribution to training content and internal tools. You will work with international partners and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of Project Management capabilities. This is remote role.

Qualifications:

The student is in their 3rd year of a BS program. Alternatively, they are pursuing a Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Science, or Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Organization or Psychology, Education, or HR.

Fluency (written and spoken) in English. Language ability is critical when interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Availability to work min 20-30 hours a week
