As the Principal Project Contracts Manager you will create all contractual aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will support the procurement team by drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts with the client. You will be responsible for large‑scale Procurement Projects, working with cross‑functional teams and standard build, execute, and report project implementation plans. You are a direct interface to our internal customers: Engineering, Quality and Sales Departments, and external customers on the APX contracts. We require strong relationship skills towards suppliers with the goal of providing clear and innovative solutions to its requests. This role is Hybrid – minimum of 2 days in the office a week for team collaboration.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 13,916 to 17,350 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
