Michael Page in Warsaw is seeking an experienced L3 application and infrastructure specialist to join a hybrid, international professional services team. You will support critical business applications and collaborate with global IT to deliver reliable service.

You will analyze issues, manage the support queue, drive infrastructure changes, and work with vendors on resilience and security across Azure and on-prem environments. Strong SQL and PowerShell skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in L3 application and infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server including replication and Always On.
• Hands-on experience with Azure environments and hybrid cloud.
• Ability to develop and maintain PowerShell scripts.
• Proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage updates and deployments through Change Management.
• Monitor performance and identify resilience improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Maintain customer focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support finance, CRM, time capture, and other business-critical applications.
• Analyze system issues, assess risks, identify enhancement opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Manage the team's support queue to ensure high service quality.
• Drive infrastructure changes and process improvements within IT.
• Collaborate with vendors during service reviews to improve resilience.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across environments.
• Develop SQL jobs and PowerShell scripts to automate processes.
• Triage and maintain application and SQL infrastructure across Azure AVS and SaaS platforms.
• Produce technical documentation and communicate system changes.
• Coordinate Windows and application patches and releases as part of maintenance cycles.
• Partner with Infrastructure & Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain performance data and service insights.
