Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration lead to own end-to-end deployment and integration across global HR systems. You will partner with HR, IT and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable learning structures, curricula and workflows, while ensuring data privacy, security and SDLC compliance.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management or similar LMS environments.
• Strong ability to configure and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions end-to-end.
• Experience with integrations to HR Core, Recruiting and Onboarding systems.
• Familiar with AI-assisted features in learning contexts and reporting tools (SAC/ORD).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning configurations and delivery for large, global clients.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, analytics and cross-functional teams to align learning strategies and data models.
• Prepare functional documents, test scenarios and configuration workbooks; manage content integration (SCORM/AICC).
• Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC, data privacy, security and responsible AI guidelines.
• Support reporting using Plateau reports / Stories and create learning analytics dashboards.

The opportunity

AE Config Lead will have full responsibility for the delivery of LMS solutions end-to-end working with Project Manager, QA resources and integration team

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and mentor consultants throughout complex project lifecycles.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions aligned with organizational learning, compliance, and development strategies.
• Translate business, HR, and L&D requirements into scalable learning structures, curricula, assignments, and workflows.
• Support activities including enhancements, releases, data migration, testing, and production support.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Learning with other SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.
• Integration with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics teams to ensure consistent learner data and reporting foundations.
• Understand AI concepts such as recommendations, automation, and intelligent insights at an applied level, without owning model design.
• Support reporting using Plateau reports / Stories.
• Work closely with HR, L&D stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional documents, test scenarios and Configuration workbooks.
• Manage content integration (SCORM/AICC packages).
• Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC, data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines.
• Apply AI assisted techniques to improve learning recommendations, completion tracking, and operational insights.
• Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent recommendations, automation, insights) to enhance learning outcomes.

• Demonstrate, by example, in-depth knowledge of the EY competency principles and practices, including coaching, learning and mentoring.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and delivery expertise.
• Strong understanding of learning management, compliance, and development processes.
• Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central and Talent Modules).
• Configure learning items, curricula, programs, certifications, and compliance training.
• Handson LMS integrations with HR Core, Recruiting, Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge on OCN integration with external content providers.
• Experience in LMS imports.
• Experience in custom reports and dashboards for learning analytics (SAC/ORD).
• Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for delivery, analysis, or documentation.
• Working knowledge of automation or intelligent insights in L&D contexts.
• Experience with reporting, learning analytics, or content strategy.
• Good knowledge of learning processes and compliance training
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Education:

• A degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years experience in SuccessFactors Learning Management.
• Minimum 5+ End to End implementation experience or support projects in SF LMS .
• Experience in global HR/talent management processes.
• Work experience in a professional services industry preferred.

Certification Requirements:

• SAP Certified – Learning Management.
• At least one additional Talent Management module.
