• Deliver advanced API support and guidance to Sabre's online customers.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to improve service and support.
• Act as first contact for customers on Sabre APIs and tools.
• Validate XML files and schemas; reproduce customer scenarios for debugging.
• Investigate non-conforming SOAP/REST requests and guide users to resolution.
• Engage in customer projects and ensure a seamless technical experience.
