Job summary

Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. Kraków is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist with a travel industry background to join the Offers, Pricing and Revenue Management team.

You will provide Pricing, Shopping and Fares support to Sabre customers, analyze mid to high complexity fare issues, and assist with testing, training and deployment planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English, and Sabre GDS knowledge; travel industry experience is a plus and knowledge of Sabre

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sabre GDS required; travel industry experience preferred; basic understanding of Sabre APIs/ATPCO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized Pricing, Shopping and Fares support to Sabre customers.
• Analyze mid to high complexity air fares issues in real time and certification environments.
• Assist with functionality questions, testing issues, training on new products and deployment planning.
• Research Agency Debit Memos and safeguard Sabre Fare Guarantee Policy.
