Jobs.Pl Sa in Poznań is seeking a Team Leader for the AP/PTP department within a SSC setup. The role focuses on managing the AP team, ensuring timely payments, and driving process improvements in a dynamic environment.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics, 2+ years of team leadership, strong English, and advanced Excel. Hybrid work model in Poznań is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management.
• Very good English (min. B2 level)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in SAP system
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on details
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating the AP team.
• Supervision of Accounts Payables and Payments process.
• Looking for process improvements in local business and the process.
• Creation and regular update of procedures and manuals.
• Coordination of daily AP processes.
• Coordination of month-end close process in line with global requirements and deadlines.
• Preparation of reports and ad hoc analysis.
• Presenting results at monthly calls with regional management and the global treasury team.
• Maintaining constant contact with other finance teams
