Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska is seeking an Accounting Team Leader – PTP (Maternity Cover) to lead a 10–15 person team and ensure timely day-to-day PTP processing. The role requires strong finance and accounting background, leadership skills, and experience with PTP processes and SAP.

English proficiency is essential; the position offers hybrid work arrangement with one day per week in the office. You will monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and collaborate with the Process Manager and Associate

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in the PTP (Procure-to-Pay) accounting process.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent leadership and goal-driven team management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with people from different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 10–15 people and supporting their day-to-day work and performance
• Prioritizing and processing daily business requirements related to the relevant accounting processes
• Coordinating the team's activities and actively contributing to effective service delivery
• Understanding, reviewing and challenging accounting processes within the assigned scope
• Monitoring team performance, including designing and measuring relevant KPIs and target levels
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Identifying process improvement and standardization opportunities and supporting their implementation
• Participating in special projects and activities assigned by the Process Manager
• Cooperating closely with all team members and the relevant Associate Manager
