Job summary

MKS Instruments is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Poznań to manage supplier invoices, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The role emphasizes precise, organized work, strong analytical skills, and effective communication in a hybrid work setup.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, 4+ years of AP experience, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years Experience in AP, preferably in a multiple legal entity environment.
• Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and external partners.
• Precise, careful and well-structured way of working, good documentation of work.
• Experienced in SAP.
• Good command of English (min. B2), other European languages as a plus.
• Sense of urgency and an absolute commitment in achieving goals.
• Process driven and well-organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong analyst skills.
• Effective organizational skills to plan work schedules and manage multiple projects/plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to discuss, develop, and implement plans.
• Strong communication, navigation and stakeholder management skills.
