Job summary

ALSO Holding AG is seeking an AP Accountant in Poland to manage booking documents, reconciliations, and month-end close while collaborating with the group’s entities. Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with SAP expertise and strong Excel skills.

A hybrid work model is offered within a dynamic, international environment. The role involves intercompany reconciliations, VAT/CIT knowledge, and proactive communication with suppliers and colleagues to ensure accurate billing

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of VAT and CIT taxes.
• Polish language at C1 and English at B2.
• Experience with SAP accounting system.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• Booking documents, invoices, accruals, provisions,
• Reconciliation of GL accounts,
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts (receivables, liabilities),
• Participates in month, year-end closing process,
• Cooperation with other departments,
• Analysing variance, correcting and reporting of all billing activities,
• E-mail contact with suppliers,
• Building good relations, effective communication with group’s companies and colleagues,
• Cooperation with control institutions, tax administration, external and internal auditors and other.

Our requirements

• Experience in similar position (2 years),
• Bachelor's degree preferably in the fields of finance, accounting, or an equivalent certificate,
• Knowledge of current regulations in the field of goods accounting, VAT and CIT taxes,
• Knowledge of Polish (C1) and English (B2) – a necessary condition,
• Experience in SAP accounting system,
• Good Excel skills are a great advantage,
• Experience in international work environment,
• Experience with start to finish accounting processes,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Great attention to details,
