Job summary

Nestlé in Warsaw is seeking an Analytics Trainee to support Power BI reporting and analytics in our international Transportation Hub. You will work with transportation and logistics data and collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT to implement modern analytics solutions.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and SAP TM while contributing to real reporting initiatives in a hybrid work setup from our Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Student, graduate, or candidate in analytics, IT, logistics, supply chain, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related field.
• Upper-intermediate English; Polish is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and data modelling.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Power Query, or SAP would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and enhance DAX measures, calculated columns, and visualizations.
• Work with datasets from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Support reporting migration and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Participate in testing and validation of new reports and analytics solutions.
• Work with SQL and Snowflake to support analytical and reporting activities.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from transportation and logistics teams.
