Job summary

Nestlé in Warsaw is seeking an Analytics Trainee to gain hands-on experience in transportation analytics. You will support Power BI reports, work with transport and logistics data, and collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams on modern analytics solutions.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, enhancing DAX measures, and working with SQL/Snowflake. The role offers a hybrid working model and mentorship within a global analytics team.

Qualifications

• Student, graduate or any candidate in analytics, IT, logistics, or related fields.
• Upper-intermediate English is mandatory; Polish would be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Power BI, including data modelling, relationships, DAX fundamentals, and dashboard creation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and enhance DAX measures, calculated columns, and visualizations.
• Work with datasets from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Support reporting migration and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Participate in testing and validation of new reports and analytics solutions.
• Work with SQL and Snowflake to support analytical and reporting activities.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from transportation and logistics teams.
