Qualifications

  • Experience in analytics, BI, reporting or data analysis within enterprise transformation.
  • Hands-on ERP implementation or cloud transformation project experience.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills; proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos or Infor Birst.
  • Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, data quality, and UAT support.
  • Understanding of reporting needs across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the current reporting landscape across reports, dashboards, KPIs, data sources and dependencies.
  • Gather and validate reporting requirements with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support migration, redesign and rationalisation of reports into the target ERP Cloud and analytics landscape.
  • Define report specifications, data mappings, reconciliation logic and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure continuity of business-critical reports during cutover and go-live.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, SIT and UAT; coordinate resolution of defects.
  • Create clear reporting documentation and support end-user adoption and training where required.

We are looking for an Analytics & Reporting Expert to support a global ERP Cloud migration programme.

The role will focus on understanding manufacturing processes, translating business needs into clear system requirements, and supporting the migration of factory operations.

You will help ensure that critical operational, financial and management reporting remains accurate, available and fit for purpose throughout the ERP transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess the current reporting landscape, including reports, dashboards, KPIs, data sources and dependencies.
  • Gather and validate reporting requirements with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support the migration, redesign and rationalisation of reports into the target ERP Cloud and analytics landscape.
  • Define report specifications, data mappings, reconciliation logic and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure continuity of business-critical operational, financial and management reports during cutover and go-live.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, SIT and UAT; investigate and coordinate resolution of data/reporting defects.
  • Create clear reporting documentation and support end-user adoption and training where required.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in analytics, BI, reporting or data analysis roles within enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation, migration or cloud transformation projects.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, Infor Birst or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, data quality and test/UAT support.
  • Understanding of reporting needs across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quality functions.
  • Exposure to Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite, ERP reporting or manufacturing data is highly desirable.
  • Experience within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to work hybrid from Kraków.
