Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to design, model and visualize data across multiple platforms. The role uses SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to deliver dashboards and data flows that drive business decisions.

You'll collect data from APIs, implement authentication, and scripting in Python for Databricks. Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential in a hybrid Poland-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with APIs and authentication (Bearer token, OIDC).
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub).
• Solid understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are looking for a Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making by designing, modeling, and visualizing data across multiple platforms. The role involves working with SAP BI tools, integrating data from various sources, and contributing to modern data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models in SAP Datasphere, including both graphical and SQL-based views
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Collect and integrate data from multiple external sources via APIs, handle various authentication methods (e.g., Bearer tokens, OIDC certificates)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting solutions
• Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks for advanced data engineering and analytics use cases
• Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration in Databricks environment
• Use version control and collaborate on code and assets via GitHub
