Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT is seeking a Reporting & Performance Analyst to join our Client Role team in Cracow, PL. You will help deliver management information, performance insights and support decision-making across operations and leadership levels.

You will work closely with stakeholders, develop KPI definitions, enhance Power BI reporting and drive reporting automation. The role suits someone data-driven with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years' experience in reporting, FP&A, financial analysis or similar analytical role.
  • Experience with management information, KPI reporting or business performance reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess data critically and identify inconsistencies or unusual trends.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Desirable: degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related discipline.

  • Reviewing and validating reporting data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Analyzing trends, identifying anomalies and investigating data quality issues.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career within reporting, business performance and data analytics. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will play a key role in delivering management information and performance insights that support decision-making at both operational and leadership levels.

You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholder reporting, KPI development, business performance analysis and reporting improvement initiatives, while also supporting the continued development of Power BI reporting and automated reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting reporting and performance management activities, including:

  • 1-4 years' experience in reporting, FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, business analytics or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with management information, KPI reporting or business performance reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess data critically and identify inconsistencies or unusual trends.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve and streamline reporting processes.
  • Experience with Power BI, reporting automation or data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related discipline is desirable.
