State Street Investment Management seeks an Analytics Engineer, Officer, to actively contribute to Tableau dashboard development, ETL pipelines, and data infrastructure enhancements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience building, maintaining ETL pipelines and working with structured datasets in an enterprise environment.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python; familiarity with Spark, Databricks or similar technologies is beneficial.
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards or comparable BI reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of analytical products across the full analytics lifecycle, including data preparation, data modelling, dashboard development, reporting and stakeholder delivery.
• Support design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of ETL pipelines to centralize, integrate and validate datasets within a scalable analytics infrastructure.
• Partner with business and sales teams to translate analytical requirements into reporting solutions aligned with commercial priorities.
• Develop, enhance and maintain Tableau dashboards presenting trends, drivers and insights for informed decision-making.
• Perform data quality checks, validate transformation logic and collaborate with upstream teams to resolve issues.
• Document data definitions, workflow logic and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency and repeatability.
